TailGate Sale - September 24
All participants wishing to sell anything at our event must complete this application form.
Each Sale Plot will include two parking spaces; one for your vehicle and the spot directly behind it. You may choose to purchase an additional plot which will include the immediate 2 spaces next to your vehicle (4 parking spots total for 2 sale plots).
Applications and associated fees are due no later than September 1st 2022.
All vendors are welcome to begin setting up their plots at 7:00am the day of event. There will be no entry of any participant selling items past 8:30.
We ask the you are considerate of people around you when choosing to bring canopies for shade. You are limited to the space within the lines of the parking spaces.
Please understand that Racine Assembly of God is a Christian church. We ask that items being sold and personal conduct demonstrates respect toward the church and its beliefs. In addition, keep in mind that this is a Christian Rummage Sale & Craft Fair family event, therefore, we ask that all items sold are appropriate. We reserve the right to ask you to remove any inappropriate items from your booth or to leave the event if you violate this request. If you have questions regarding your items, please note that at the end of this application and someone will contact you.
You are responsible for your own sales! Racine Assembly of God and their volunteers are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
You are responsible to haul away all of your unsold items before no later than 3:00pm the day of event.
We ask that you keep your are clean and are courteous in regards to the clean up of any garbage or debris before leaving the event.
